Do I have to be able to do all the exercises? 
“The needs of an Olympic athlete and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind”. By that we mean CrossFit works for anyone, because the functional movements we train are essential to improving fitness and maintaining functional independence. For example, on a deadlift day, one athlete may move a barbell weighing 100kg, while the other moves a pvc pole. With appropriate scaling, an athlete will make significant fitness gains by working at their relative level of physical and psychological tolerance.

What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a fitness program that combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular training. It was developed in the early 2000s by Greg Glassman and has since grown in popularity, with thousands of affiliated gyms (known as "boxes") around the world.
CrossFit workouts, or "WODs" (Workout of the Day), are typically short and intense, lasting anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes. They are designed to be highly scalable so that people of all fitness levels can participate.

Going beyond your weight, body composition analysis breaks down your body into 4 components.The results help you understand where your fat, muscle & body levels are at & act as a guide to help your achieve your individual goals.

You will receive 2 x Body composition readings (one at the beginning of your 30 day trail & one at the end).


We will discuss & note down your training & lifestyle goals, to ensure you achieve what you want to achieve with us, along with a full movement screen.

A 1 hour personal training session with one of our expert coaches, who each possess the knowledge, skills & abilities necessary to design & implement a safe & effective personal training session, based upon individual 

requirements, regardless of where you are at within your fitness journey. 


Unlimited access to our expertly coached group sessions & open gym. Where we capitalise on the community atmosphere, whilst delivering a constantly varied functional movement programme for all.
