30 DAY TRIAL
After your No Sweat Intro everybody starts on our 30 day trial. Your initial visit is a 1-2-1 session with one of our expert coaches, giving us the opportunity to talk at length about your training & lifestyle goals. During your first session we will also complete an InBody Composition scan & talk you through the results, along with a full movement screen, all of which are essential tools to completely understanding how to be healthier, fitter & happier. Our 30 day trial enables you to experience our unique approach to fitness, as well as getting a true feel for the great sense of community we have created here at Unity Fitness. You'll get to know our coaches, community & engage in a constantly varied functional movement programme, that will continue to deliver results, before you make any longer term commitment to training with us. For us it's an opportunity to get to know you & your goals enabling us to educate, empower & support you every step of the way.

We will educate, empower & support our clients to live a long Happy & Healthy life. To get optimal results it's important that we address our lifestyle choices & our general well-being including Nutrition, Rest, Recovery & Stress Levels.
Going beyond your weight, body composition analysis breaks down your body into 4 components.The results help you understand where your fat, muscle & body levels are at & act as a guide to help your achieve your individual goals.
You will receive 2 x Body composition readings (one at the beginning of your 30 day trail & one at the end).
1-TO-1 MOVEMENT ANALYSIS
We will discuss & note down your training & lifestyle goals, to ensure you achieve what you want to achieve with us, along with a full movement screen.
1 X PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION
A 1 hour personal training session with one of our expert coaches, who each possess the knowledge, skills & abilities necessary to design & implement a safe & effective personal training session, based upon individual
requirements, regardless of where you are at within your fitness journey.
UNLIMITED GROUP SESSIONS
Unlimited access to our expertly coached group sessions & open gym. Where we capitalise on the community atmosphere, whilst delivering a constantly varied functional movement programme for all.
